Each member may hold only one account on Takaboss. If a single person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

During registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Takaboss may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions.
• A recent utility bill or other document as proof of address.
• A photo of you holding your identity document (selfie with ID).

Takaboss reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. Use a strong password to keep your account secure and never share your login details with anyone.

• To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the wagering requirement — typically 20 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Winnings from free spins are withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Takaboss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts under the same person, device, or IP address are not permitted.
• If Takaboss finds evidence of bonus abuse, it may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Unauthorized access to another member's account.

Takaboss reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of a breach of terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Account closure upon request (self-exclusion).
• Evidence of illegal or fraudulent activity.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with your account ID and the reason for your appeal. Takaboss will respond to all appeals within 72 hours.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee may be deducted after 12 months, until the balance reaches zero.
